Justin Bieber has had a rough year in the headlines. Looks like the transition from ‘Teen Sensation” to “Adult Superstar” isn’t as easy as he thought it’d be.
19 year old Bieber, revealed to a Hollywood Reporter that a couple of influential names have reached out to him.
Seems as though Eminem was interested in lending support, when his manager Paul Rosenberg, told Bieber’s manager, Scooter Braun:
“If you ever want Eminem to talk to him, he would do it in a second. He cares about that kid.”
Fellow Canadian buddy Drake, also helps keep Bieber in line. Braun states Drake is very alert when it come’s to a Bieber headline, saying:
“He’ll text me, like, ‘What the hell is going with this? I’m pissed. I’m calling him right now. I’m about to go in on him” adding “Drake is like a big brother to Justin, and Justin really looks up to Drake. They have an extremely special relationship.”
The newest mentor to help guide Justin, is Will Smith. Braun revealed a particularly tough time for Bieber which occurred around the time he finished up his world tour in May. Will Smith reportedly drove to Bieber’s house and had a three-hour talk with him. Braun explained Bieber’s reaction to the surprise visit:
“He said, ‘Man, that makes me feel so loved. I woke up, and there’s Will Smith, one of, if not the, biggest movie stars on the planet. He took time out of his day for me.’”
