Well, Gucci Mane sure knows what it’s like to have a bad year get even worse. It hasn’t been the easiest year for Gucci. Whether it was the random Twitter ranting spree, probation violation, or reportedly getting dropped from Atlantic Records, Gucci has definitely hit a few road blocks.
Gucci was charged with two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon, following being ordered to relinquish all firearms and ammunition over the recent weekend. All the while stemming from two incidents in September, where Gucci apparently threatened and revealed his weapon to authorities.
According to CNN, “On September 12, 2013, Davis, who was a felon at the time, was found in possession of a firearm, Then, just two days later, on September 14th, he again possessed a firearm different from the earlier gun. On both occasions, Davis displayed the loaded firearm, acted erratically, and made threats to individuals, including police and his attorney.”
It is said that each firearm possession charge could result in a maximum sentence of 10 years and a fine of up to $250,000.
